It's common in NE Florida for the seller to choose the title company for closing so this is the second time this Anastasia office has handled closings for my buyers. Both experiences have been sloppy and devoid of communication. Other Blue Ocean offices may have it together a little better, but title insurance rates are regulated, so you probably just owe it to yourself to work with an office with better customer service and responsiveness.
Blue Ocean title was prompt, professional, and efficient from beginning to end. We worked with Laurie and Randi, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. We had an unexpected closing delay and because of their teamwork we only had to delay the closing by 24hrs. I highly recommend working with them and look forward to working with them in the future.
