I had outpatient surgery on my hand first I was told to be there at 12:00 surgery at 1:30. Then I was called back and told to be there at 10:00 surgery at 12:00. I got there at 10:00 as asked and I was not taken back for surgery until 1:30. What a waste of time. I was not given an update at any time regarding the delay. Also I was asked to pay my co-insurance at time of service. When I was asked to be billed I was told no so I paid the co-insurance. I am a senior citizen and on a fixed income. The worst hospital I have ever been in!! I am 65 years old and I had been in different hospitals And I'm surprised because I've been in Different UH Hospitals I have to say most are Fantastic but I'd rather go to Veterinary and then go to this hospital again
