This garage ALWAYS manages to take care of our fleet of 9 trucks in Muskegon. We know they have bigger customers with more units than us but that said, they do what they can and sometimes move heaven and earth to help keeps us rolling even when they are extremely slammed, short mechanics depending on the week and the need for services by other customers. Thanks to this garage and fab shop, we would be hurting otherwise. Keep up the excellent work!
Not happy with prices… Management has a poor attitude… However the techs and other employees are great...(update) got a truck wash and the Employees are still great... management is still lacking
Arrived for trailer washout. Crunched for time, they were on lunch said it would be about 20 to 25min. I explained it was crunched for time but I understand everyone has to take lunch breaks. Next thing they all set their lunches down had me pull in washout and gone quick, made pickup on time Arrived at 1258 appt1pm thank you guys so much. Can't say enough about the guys sacrificing their lunch to help me out. Appreciate you!!!!!!!
