The front staff at the outpatient lab/ultrasound/x-ray on Saturday mornings have no customer service skills. The “AI”check in kiosk is much friendlier than them.
The staff here are very patient and knowledgeable. I’ve been going there for various medical needs for the past 13 years and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of service I’ve received there. Recently I had two orders for a blood draw from two separate doctors. Normally, that’s not a problem for them. However, I WAS THE PROBLEM THIS TIME! How? I didn’t prepare for the blood draw the day before by drinking A LOT OF WATER! So the attendant had a hard time finding a vein that would continue to flow. She was very kind... read more
