This is long overdue but it has been quite the journey and bumpy road to get here. I just want to say how much I loved your staff throughout my stay in your hospital. I went into labor at 24 weeks and your team of highly trained MFM and OB staff especially Dr. Mason and residents- Dr. Heeson, Dr. Matthews, Dr. Wilson. Nurses Katja, Kristen, Karrie in L&D (so many I am forgetting), Sue (anesthesia), Nick, Brooke, Chris, Deb in NICU (again more I am missing). However, I was not...Continue Reading

The worst place every. I was rushed in on the ambulance and I still haven't been seen.. I asked what the hold up was and one of the snarky females at the desk said to me.. "If you don't like the wait go to another hospital!" If I hadn't come in on the ambulance I would have been left. Patient relations will most definitely hear about this.

The nicu staff is amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of my son & teaching me cpr and other things to take care of my baby. He's healthy as ever. So kind n caring answered all my questions even if I called all night & treated me with great respect. All the nurses greeted me n my husband with a smile and an update every morning and kept me updated at all times . It was hard to see him like that & leave him but he was in excellent hands & made fast recovery and got to come home quick! Kept him as comfortable as they c... read more

I'm off on military duty for a week. Wife has a problem, gets admitted, and today they do a "procedure". I drive like a mad man for 4 hrs to get here....arrive and nobody can tell me anything? They won't let me see her in recovery, after not seeing her for a week........no doctor to explain what they just did......they won't let me see her or sit with her in recovery? WTF.

Worst ER out there. The nurse was great - but the doctors suck!! Waited over 2 hours for the doctor to come in and see my husband. Then she talked down to us and completely ignored that he has been suffering from dizzy spells and double vision. He was in a bad car accident and hit his head hard, I am worried that something is going on. Doctor completely ignored those symptoms. Will never go there again!!! This doctor also was very sick with a cold and could barely talk... here's a thought - don't work when you are sick so yo... read more

St. John killed my brother.... Nothing but a death trap and money milking hospital that send you home with no diagnosis but a bill, and staff that make fun of sick people in their beds and extra loud in the hall ways while people are on their last leg and don't know if there is any hope for them Pathetic hospital and not trust worthy with your health......... They should be shut down and soon

An awesome experience in a time of fear. I was blessed with 9/10th of the staff that worked including the joke telling gentleman from dietary that picked up trays. A smile goes a long way. So this good patient is getting out of here not because I don't like you but time for the next leg of the health journey.
