I'm here now and am a fall risk, not wearing a band, and no nurse answered my call for over 30 minutes so I went to the bathroom by myself and fell. SMDH sad ��
I went to the ER headache backache chest was hurting my BP was 200 over 120 they put me in the waiting room only thing they did put me in a waiting room 3 hours that let me know they do not care about me as a patient or a paying customer thank you for nothing it was my fault I should have went to Beaumont that is a mistake I will not make again when you have a happy customer he will tell 2 or 3 people but when you have a unhappy customers he would tell 10 to 20 people just a thought
was amazing so nice to actually be listened to and provided us with a list of doctors. I could not be happier
The staff 6 West was awesome took care of me like family treated me with respect and kindness take care of all my needs wonderful staff definitely return if needed
They gave me a $5 food voucher for lunch, in my opinion the St. John staff could be a little more friendly. To be in the business of health care, some of the staff has a very ugly attitude toward the public and that's not a good look for St. John as an establishment. I'm just sayin
Got hit by a truck on my way to work been here 4+ hrs and STILL HAVE NOT BEEN SEE!
Worse ER visit I've ever encountered. Very little to no compassion by staff. My wife came in with crippling back pain. The 6 and a half hour wait just to be seen just exasperated the pain. Fights in the waiting room I could go on and on. Horrible experience. Too many other choices of hospitals to ever waist our time or money on this place again
We loved everything about our stay!! From the facility, nurses, aides, drs...even the food was good. :)
