I visited this clinic this morning. A new patient, I had an appt with Dr. Milner. She is located in the lower level of 1919 Wheeling. The area was obviously under construction, but the work didn't look recent and there were no workers to be seen. Plaster parts were all over the carpet, the carpet was torn in places and filthy. It stunk horribly. The waiting area is dark, dank, moldy with old dingy furnishings that looked like they were rescued from an old long-ago abandoned hospital.
