horrible customer service; cannot get appointments with primary care doctor; if don't say right words to call taker will not give an appt. until far in the future; PAs are incompetent
Hospital is careless they left my 9 month old in the room for 3 hours with no medical attention they wouldn't help us he had been puking all day not holding anything down I waisted my time my son was sick and they didn't care I was sooo angry with them so I left go to St . Francis if you need medical attention for your child it turns out it was the FLU if I would have stayed at st.john I wouldn't know what was wrong they dont care about you there! They need to change people's lives are at state!!!!
