Just had a spine surgery at this hospital by Dr Kyle Mangles and was located on 10 West. The staff was awesome. I have zero complaints about them. They took care of all my needs. Thank u ladies from the bottom of my heart. I have to mention a few by name: Kaitlin, my overnight tech. Eboni, my overnight nurse on my last night. I wish I can do a 0 star I’ve been waiting for 2 hours long to get seen there was 2 ppl before me but it was only them and me after they gotten seen before me I was still waiting nobody came to get me I’m very highly mad bc it could have been something major and they didn’t even care they kept looking past me and then there was someone who came in after me minutes later and they gotten taken before me it’s sad and I wish I never gave them a good report on their survey
I visited the ER for severe abdominal pain and a week long inability to have a bowel movement. Unfortunately my experience with Dr. David O’Hara was disappointing. He was very dismissive of my symptoms, and no basic vitals were taken including blood pressure, temperature, or weight. This is concerning for an ER visit. The other staff members were kind, but I did not feel heard or taken seriously by Dr. O’Hara. Patients deserve thorough evaluations and clear communication, especially in situations like this.

Emergency staff was kinda rude, but once I was moved to a room I was treated better, except they were trying to force certain meds on me and I had to be very firm and let them know that I was Not going to take them.
