This facility is embarrassing. Poor guest experience. Horribly thought out waiting areas, no drinking fountains.
Spent 6 hrs it took a nurse 1 1/2 hrs to come into my room almost two hours to be assigned a physician, was sent home with paperwork and they prescribed a couple medications but no instructions on how to treat my condition which has worsened,terrible care,was treated like my condition was not urgent I think 4 people were seen and discharged before they started doing any work up on me in the room next to me. Disappointed to say the least! I’d give it 0 stars but wouldn’t be able to post this.
My poor father fell yesterday and was taken here - against our will. Two doctors and two nurses and no one could figure out how to turn on examination lights in the room. My mother used her cell phone light to illuminate my dad’s head for stitches. The doctor was leaning over the table to give him stitches and started to complain about his back hurting, my mom told him to pull up a chair and lower the table, as if this degreed person could not figure that out himself, he did it and said ‘oh wow that feels so much better’.
