I had a really great experience in this first aid training course. The educational portion was clear, informative, and easy to follow, which made me feel confident in understanding the material. I had the absolute pleasure of attending a first-aid training today led by Saphyre, and I couldn’t be more impressed. She was not only incredibly professional, but also warm, kind, and genuinely funny. Just crushed my Intermediate First Aid Certification and honestly had a blast doing it! Huge shoutout to the amazing Saphyre M —seriously, best instructor ever! She made the whole thing fun, easy to understand, and way less intimidating than I expected. Who knew learning CPR and bandaging could be this entertaining? 🩹🫀
