According to the manager Zak the company changed names to Elite pools and spa's, but the same employee's and same address and phone #. They installed an above ground pool during standing water from rain in spring "22" and within the first month began to dilapidate, base broke apart pole supports sagged and had over 3" difference from one end to the other. I bought and had a wood insert installed by this company last November. I have been trying to get this company to come and correct the poor install that was done by them on the chimney cap. I have had no luck. As you see, my insert is getting ruined from the amount of water that comes in everytime it rains. I have probably called over 20 times, and I get the same story....the service guy will call you. Any ideas on how to get this ALL fixed?

Given an install date took money and 5 months later still no install and won’t cancel.

They do not show up when they say they will. I had to be my own project manager. The guy who sold us the pool said that the pool would be installed in 14 days with a completion date of July 4, 2021. It wasn't complete until November 2021 despite repeated "promises" that "it will be done in the next two weeks" every time I called. Then, once the project finally started at the beginning of August, instead of managing my project, they simply texted me the contractor's name and number.
