We love St. James! We enjoyed being able to get a feel for the Plantation and amenities of the community by booking a Discovery Package. We were able to stay in a Harborside condo overlooking the Marina and had a delicious dinner at Beacon 315 and drinks at the Tiki Bar. Kat Potter was able to show us some great listings in our price range too. We're looking forward to being St. James residents soon!
If you're looking for a nice, quiet place to go shelling, The Point in NC is a great place to go
Beautiful area...Overrated luxury...30 minutes to go to the store...10 min drive in/out of the neighborhood each time gets old really fast!! Huge neighborhood with no access to basic resources or entertainment...Wouldn't stay here again.
