I contacted John Winters and I am sure glad I did. If you want the inside scoop on anything about St.James, you need to see John. He has been a resident for many years, and has valuable resources and information , and anything you will need if your considering a home from St.James. I prefer John over the big people at St.James. He is a buyers agent. He works for you not the association. John is very active in the community and was a great help in the deciding factor on whether or not, I wanted a home from St.James!
