I recently moved to Baltimore over the objections of friends and former coworkers who, though well meaning, had it wrong. Have been living in the building a little over 9 months. Ellen has been great any time I need her assistance. Maintenance has responded to my requests within few days. The location and price is unbeatable for the quality of the units and the building. Love the huge windows!
