I had a collision on my passat 2021 and I brought it to St. James Volkswagen collision center for repair, Cristian He took care and handled my car. He was an honest man, very respectful. I really appreciate you Cristian and the whole staff
I asked to make an estimate appt and no one called me back . Then I asked to speak to the Manger and she never even called me back . Not very good customer service. I will not be being my car there to get estimated or fix . Very poor customer service .
