I recently moved into this apartment and worked directly with Anna Lamalfa. We viewed the apartment on a Saturday and were approved the following Wednesday. I really appreciated how communicative she was, answering all of my calls and questions and making the entire process easy and smooth. The apartment was clean overall, with only a little additional cleaning needed, which is normal for any place that has been lived in before. My fiancée and I are very happy with the situation. when you apply for this building, make sure you check everything. Everything in this complex needs to be upgraded. Specially, the windows specially the carpet which you see in the front area is not the rest of the buildings parking was 25 not parking. Went up to 60 this complex is a rip off the super of this building. He’s excellence. he’s the best Very pleasant fixes things right away very respectful. He’s the only thing good about this building.
