My wife and I moved in here in 2020, moved out in 2025. They are not flexible on early lease terminations. After taking your move in fee they will charge you the 2 months plus make you pay the two months. So if you do decide to move here keep that in mind that you will have to get lucky with finding your next place to live on the month your lease ends each year.
