Editing after living here for two years- After I move out I’ll update in more detail Original post- I’ve only had the keys to my apartment here for 2 days but let me tell you!!! this apartment is sooo beautiful, so much bigger than anticipated, the ceilings are very high, it’s a historical building so it’s very cute and aesthetic 💖 I love the layout, everyone i’ve met in the building so far has been incredibly nice, and definitely the best priced apartment I could find anywhere from university place- federal way. i’m so exc... read more
If I could give negative stars I would. I wouldn't even know where to begin so I'll just say if you want to live somewhere where laws are followed and buildings are clean and you don't encounter feces and management treats you with respect or even just one of these things. This is not the place for you. If you are disabled, this is not the place for you. If you are on housing, this is not the place for you.
