Within 2 minutes of sitting down, I understood this place is highly rated. The space, the energy, the staff, the menu — this place was on a different level. We started with a dozen oysters, a mix of Wellfleet, Rappahannock, and Apalachicola, and they were exactly what you want from a serious oyster program.
