So disappointed in the customer service lately, but especially today. Three customers in the branch and one lone employee, on her second week at the counter. We stood for 30 minutes as the employee tried to ask for help on a situation via their online communication. Another employee showed for a moment to tell the older gentleman behind me that she’d help him “in just a minute”. Can literally never log into my banking app. Like 5 times a week I try to log into and they keep telling me they can’t send me through to my info or “service error” it’s incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. I’d like to have access to my money.
