Living here for little over 6 years. I was very happy with previous management until new management came.( under new owners) they changed everything was good here. Used to be Maintenance was super quick. But now they don’t care even if you have a flooded in your apartment or your drywall is open , no matter what happening they don’t care about your problem. I'm happy resident for more than 12 years and another more year to go. Lovely property and staff Gloria and Yainet are very professional staff. Highly recommend aries company the best.

The new owners and the property staff are awesome. The property has never looked better it was so run down even when I moved in 14 years ago. Jose the maintenance man is trying to fix an ongoing AC problem that none of the other property owners even attempted to fix. They would just add freon every time it froze up and leave it at that. Jose is going to use dye packs to track down the leak and fix it so I can continue living here. It's a good quiet property it's a wonderful place to live.
