Been riding the suntran bus system for 12 year's now , I honestly feel the suntran bus system has improved so much , since I moved out here in 2014 , I am honestly, so greatful for the suntran bus system, because do to my medical/ mental health, I am not able to drive at all!! so I am really thankful to have the suntran buse,s around!! I love how they expanded so much, the Zions route etc !! The suntran Buse,s are clean, accessible , convenient !! I appreciate all bus driver,s what they do !! Thank you Suntran!!! 🙏
I flew into SGU to surprise someone during a Zion race. I did my research ahead of time and made all the necessary calls. My plan was to take the Zion shuttle from SGU to carry out said surprise but when I landed at the airport, there was no shuttle. I called the number on the website and the girl on the other told me that I would need to first hire an Über to take me to their facility, and then hire a private shuttle for over $100 to get me to Zion. Ok I’m only giving 2 stars because renewing bus pass is so difficult to get to. I have to time everything perfect in order to get to the office. I wish there was a way to get a bus pass online or do it on an app so it will be quick and easy. Nothing about this is easy. The people who don’t drive rely on the transit. Why can’t we make it easy for them to get there month pass. I wouldn’t mind a yearly pass to be honest. Other than that. Transportation rides are okay
Suntran's Route 8 drivers are the best! Pleasant, patient, professional.
Rating: 2/5 SunTran here in St. George is below average because all but two of the routes just loop around. This is very frustrating to me because I do not have a car and have to rely on SunTran to get around. Say for example getting to the library in St. George from the Transit Center: Getting there is a piece of cake. Coming back, you have to loop all the way around town and it can take over 30 minutes sometimes! It's actually quicker for my 6'8" self to WALK to the Transit Center from the library.
