Rating: 2/5 SunTran here in St. George is below average because all but two of the routes just loop around. This is very frustrating to me because I do not have a car and have to rely on SunTran to get around. Say for example getting to the library in St. George from the Transit Center: Getting there is a piece of cake. Coming back, you have to loop all the way around town and it can take over 30 minutes sometimes! It's actually quicker for my 6'8" self to WALK to the Transit Center from the library. Most drivers are responsible and nice. But set your clock back 50 years for this arcic transportation, too stubron or stupid to get current with the times/Northern Utah's modern bus system.

Was waiting at Summer Hills Apartments on Route 4 for the 8:06pm bus with my phone light on (like the other bus drivers told me to do), saw the bus in the left lane and started waving my phone. Did he stop to pick me up? Nope. ...Seriously? Missed my evening shift, thanks.

Dont rely on them to get you to work on time. Route 3 on 7/31/24 failed to stop at several stops even though the stop requested had been activated. When it finally stopped after having to call into dispatch I had to leave my job to go pick up my 16 year old daughter to take her to her job that she was now late for and she felt like she was being kidnapped by the male driver that wouldnt stop. Several other people had requested stops also and he ignored the request.

Clean buses and mostly friendly drivers but I wish they had seated/shaded-roof bus stops for their customers at ALL stops and not just some since the summers here are brutal and temperatures can go over 105° fahrenheit and it's hazardous waiting in the heat under the sun.
