Ok I’m only giving 2 stars because renewing bus pass is so difficult to get to. I have to time everything perfect in order to get to the office. I wish there was a way to get a bus pass online or do it on an app so it will be quick and easy. Nothing about this is easy. The people who don’t drive rely on the transit. Why can’t we make it easy for them to get there month pass. I wouldn’t mind a yearly pass to be honest. Other than that. Transportation rides are okay
Suntran's Route 8 drivers are the best! Pleasant, patient, professional.
Rating: 2/5 SunTran here in St. George is below average because all but two of the routes just loop around. This is very frustrating to me because I do not have a car and have to rely on SunTran to get around. Say for example getting to the library in St. George from the Transit Center: Getting there is a piece of cake. Coming back, you have to loop all the way around town and it can take over 30 minutes sometimes! It's actually quicker for my 6'8" self to WALK to the Transit Center from the library. Most drivers are responsible and nice. But set your clock back 50 years for this arcic transportation, too stubron or stupid to get current with the times/Northern Utah's modern bus system.
Was waiting at Summer Hills Apartments on Route 4 for the 8:06pm bus with my phone light on (like the other bus drivers told me to do), saw the bus in the left lane and started waving my phone. Did he stop to pick me up? Nope. ...Seriously? Missed my evening shift, thanks.
