Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled and called ahead to confirm it. The staff member I spoke with told me my appointment was confirmed. When I arrived today, I was told they had called me yesterday and, because I didn’t answer, my appointment was cancelled. This was never explained to me beforehand. The lady doctor is really good. DR. Lucy. The only reason i come here! However the receptionists don't know what they are doing! They swap patients inline! Right infront of me, I questioned them on it. And they were like we will put you next then. I'm like I actually was next! I observed they don't fill the rooms with patients on time. Work so slow. Went there for a tetanus shot almost 2 hours before the closing time and there were just 4 people sitting inside and the receptionist just said that we are not accepting any more patients today due to full capacity.👎🏻👎🏻

I have been going to both clinic and pharmacy since they opened and I find the dr’s and secretary and pharmacist try to be accommodating and understanding. It was at this clinic I found out I was diabetic and the reason for my being so sick was due to this reason. Now they are helping me get my blood sugar regulated. As for the pharmacist I have never found a pharmacy that goes to the limit for their patients and clientele. Thank you and I will alway go to this clinic before any other.
