Best walk in clinic, excellent staff
I visited this plcae today, received excellent service from both clinic and pharmacy.
Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment scheduled and called ahead to confirm it. The staff member I spoke with told me my appointment was confirmed. When I arrived today, I was told they had called me yesterday and, because I didn’t answer, my appointment was cancelled. This was never explained to me beforehand. Instead of offering a solution, they rebooked me for next month, even though I need this medication now in order to function. The lady doctor is really good. DR. Lucy. The only reason i come here! However the receptionists don't know what they are doing! They swap patients inline! Right infront of me, I questioned them on it. And they were like we will put you next then. I'm like I actually was next! I observed they don't fill the rooms with patients on time. Work so slow. Went there for a tetanus shot almost 2 hours before the closing time and there were just 4 people sitting inside and the receptionist just said that we are not accepting any more patients today due to full capacity.👎🏻👎🏻
