I visited with my mom St. George Medical Center on Tuesday, August 5th, at 6:00 pm, expecting a straightforward appointment. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a significant issue with their patient system. Despite being told it was a "first-come, first-served" system, it appeared that some individuals were being seen out of order, seemingly based on personal connections or favoritism. Called to confirm the dr was in today. Arrive 20 minutes later and dr left early, 1 hour before the clinic was set to close. If reception can clearly communicate with patients on the phone about same day appointment intentions that would be great.
On Saturdays, they don't allow walk-ins, you need an appointment to visit the doctor on saturday.
Waiting forever, unprofessional
Dr. Kamphuis was very helpful! Came at a good time and was seen right away!
