Worst receptionist and nurse ever
Pharmacy staff are wonderful, caring and mindful, and have taken great care of me for many years. The doctors are also kind and caring and my family and I have been going to the walk-in on many occasions for over 20 years.
Dr banoub michael is by far the best doctor I have ever had, he is patient kind and hardworking. His Asian sectaries are amazing. They are kind, hardworking, patient and funny. I not only appreciate this amazing doctor but I also appreciate his hard working staff.
Dr.Michael has been our family doctor for over 20 yrs. He has amazing bedside manners, looks after his patients whenever in his office. The receptionist can be hard to deal with though at times, hard to understand due to language barriers. ALL in ALL.. Amazing doctor and nurse staff.
My doctor is closing his practice at the end of this month, so I found Dr Michael here, accepting new patients. I went in for the meet and greet, he seems very nice and knowledgeable/professional, but due to the receptionist at this clinic, I will be looking for a different doctor. She rarely answers the phone, keeps you on hold for 15 minutes if she does answer, and she cannot answer simple questions, her responses are scripted, as though she has rehearsed the answers due to not fully understanding the language.
