The north pole Express was a complete flop. Staff was pushy and rude. The event started 15min late and the train itself was another 15 min late for a 2 hr event that is unacceptable. The only activities you get for 5 is a train ride see santa and a story. It poured rain and my 1 year old was almost trampled because people had to wait so long to get in. Save your money go to tuachans Christmas event more to do for less money. Uggg failure
