I booked my appointment for 4:00pm and I was told I had 5 people ahead of me with a 1 hour wait. Shocking customer service why have a booking system for a certain time if you can’t follow it.
What a fantastic service. Thank you. We would have ended up in ED with my son if not for being able to see the doctor here. That too on a Sunday evening!
I booked online at 7am. My appt was for 12.30. On arrival, the receptionist was pleasant. I waited about 15mins & saw a lovely female Dr. Liman Luo who listened , took my medical history & was very professional. She gave me advice & I left with a script for antibiotics. A fantastic efficient service that I can highly recommend if any patient requires AH GP consultation rather than waiting in ED. Cost was $100 & well worth it.
The crappiest and most unreliable after hours service. I booked an appointment through their website but when I got there, the hospital said it was closed. When I called the admin line they said that they were open later today?!?! What?!?! I even got an SMS confirmation about the appointment. Went over to the hospital for nothing.
Sometimes it's useful if you already know what's wrong and just need a script. But, if you don't and need actual medical advice, the doctors aren't particularly helpful. The one I just saw gave me incorrect medical information, still charged $100 and gave me no help. And they were running 1hr late. WebMD might be better.
