This morning we had to bring our 12 1/2 year old Morgan in to be euthanized. We knew it was time because she had inoperable cancer, but it was a very tough time for us. We were treated with the gentlest of care, competence and given all the time we needed. Bless you all, and thank you!
My dog was boarded here last month, and within 36 hours she was rushed to another clinic for emergency care. After several phone calls, left messages, and writing 2 letters, my concerns have gone unanswered. The staff obviously doesn't care about their clients or their animals.
I’ll try to keep this short...Today, as a family, we made the decision to put our family pet down. Being Saturday afternoon and hoping to have it done before another night of agony, I was expecting to jump through the hoops, pay a bunch and work around someone else’s schedule. These people are so sweet! It’s never easy losing a lifelong furry friend but this staff handles it with such care! They let me love on her and feed her peanut butter as we said our goodbyes. About a week later I received a paw print of my sweet angel pup along with condolences from the staff. I can’t thank them enough for their care �
