I was using a different vet in Conway, but after a tech made a rude and unprofessional comment about my dog in front of me, I decided it was best to find a different vet. My step brother, Andy, works at this clinic. My dog, Shelby, has severe anxiety but this group is amazing with her and successful. I wouldn’t trust her with anyone else. 👏🏻

Dr. Stone is very professional and gentle. Staff was very polite and accommodating
we called at 7am for an appointment, they got us in at 8:20 am the same day. They were super friendly, knowledgeable staff. They explained exactly what they were going to do and what it would cost. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone.
Called Thursday at 4:30 and was able to come in the next morning at 10am. Super helpful staff on the phone and in the clinic. They treated my dog like he was their pet💕 Dr. Ashley Custer is the best and took her time making sure we covered all aspects for my dog. I wish she could be my doctor 🤪🤪
They treat our golden like their own pets. They shower her with so much love and attention that she can’t wait to go back.

“And then I said, y’all I’m heartworm free because of the folks at st Francis.” And my mom cried happy tears 😭🙌🏼 When we moved from Conway to Little Rock we were terrified of changing vets because st Francis has treated Duke like one of their own ever since we got him... so we didn’t change. There’s no one we would trust more with our fur babies ❤️
