I was scheduled today to pick up a device for my eldery mother's at home sleep study. There's a phone you have to use to check in. The person answered after a couple of minutes and said she could not come out and get me the device until after her 3:30 patient was done. At this time it was 3:15 and she was currently not with a patient. I told her I was told to come any time before 6:30 to pick up the device. Your front people (woman) have very bad "bedside manner" She makes you wait until she is good and ready to talk to you. She has "greeted" me most of the time when I stop by. I am going to be looking for somewhere else to get my supplies. For the most part the rest are good.

Once you get in the service is great. However... There is one person who runs schedules...The appointment for your initial screen and results are located in a completely different location from the diagnostic center.... And at the hospital/clinic no where does it say sleep on any of the labels you must know it’s part of the cardio unit. No appointment reminder and since it’s been a few months since you’ve been there it’s hard to remember where to go.
