I had a wonderful experience. First sleep study and every person who I came into contact with made sure there were no surprises. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Was able to shower and get the gunk out of my hair afterwards with private facilities. The technician, Ryan, was also wonderful. Very patient and informative. I had a great experience overall.

I was scheduled today to pick up a device for my eldery mother's at home sleep study. There's a phone you have to use to check in. The person answered after a couple of minutes and said she could not come out and get me the device until after her 3:30 patient was done. At this time it was 3:15 and she was currently not with a patient. I told her I was told to come any time before 6:30 to pick up the device. My Dr sent a referral almost a month ago, and I have left 2 messages with no return call yet!

Your front people (woman) have very bad "bedside manner" She makes you wait until she is good and ready to talk to you. She has "greeted" me most of the time when I stop by. I am going to be looking for somewhere else to get my supplies. For the most part the rest are good.
