We waited almost an hour for our food. In fairness, management did comp the entrees ... but we were particularly hungry so it made for an unpleasant experience. The highly touted (in the Phoenix New Times) burger was good, but the risotto may has well have been made by Campbell's. It was restaurant week and the staff didn't seem prepared for so many people on a Tuesday.
My husband went to take part in their free pancake special but was surprised to find out it was their Skillet Pancake that we got. My husband ordered the Tomato Baked Eggs. He loved it. Ate every single bite of it. I had the biscuit and egg with sausage gravy. The biscuit was very good and large. The gravy was very good. I'm picky about my eggs but they were Ok. Nice local restaurant with very friendly staff, and the food was delicious!!! The cast iron pancake was the best I've ever tried. 5 thumbs up and definitely recommend this local restaurant
Brought the family in for my wife's birthday. The food and service was good like always.
While the skillet pancake is stellar, the remainder of the breakfast left something to be desired. It has been 6 years, which is a long time; however the breakfast I had at that time was amazing. I invited some friends to join me and try out the brunch and the concensus was not to return. This was unfortunate as I had really high expectations.
