Seems like the PTs are contractors and they don't want to stay later in the day so they try to schedule according to what works for them and not what works for the patient. I tried to work this out with the manager but the end result was the same. Maybe they just have to many patients right now. Katy S. was better than Debbie in Savage but constantly interrupted me when I was speaking and made comments that she is not qualified to make. Katy S., stay in your lane. You are not a doctor.

I would highly recommend St Francis Rehab (Shakopee location), and specifically, PT, Tonya. She was awesome! I needed follow up PT, following foot surgery and it was the best experience it could be. Tonya is extremely knowledgeable and showed concern for my whole, overall well being...not just my foot!
