Great experience! Open later than most urgent cares. Went in on a Saturday night, made it out within 45 minutes. Nice staff and looks like the remodel will really help.
Some of the fasted and best care I have a had in a very long time. The people at the front made sure I was seen super fast and they were very kind. Doctor young was a fast and efficient doctor and was very helpful.
NP Lehman’s made my experience unpleasant and uncomfortable when she undermined what I was asking for with treatment for my illness. Gave me options for cream or pills; I asked for cream she prescribed me pills and refused to fix it. Then when I asked for a doctors note to excuse me from work due to my symptoms that I was experiencing, she said that my symptoms were not work related or we’re not bad enough for me to be out of work so I did not need a doctors note. Having chronic pain my whole adult life my implanted pain pump failed and I was brought to the ER via Ambulance because I was in immediate withdrawal from my body no longer receiving the pain pump meds and along with withdrawal my pain was OFF THE CHARTS!
