The gentleman Courtney is an asset to St. Francis. He met with us today and listened to our concerns. He was most professional and put the family’s and patient’s concerns foremost as he coordinated with staff at the nursing facility. To create the best plan for us and the facility. He worked expeditiously to put the plan in place quickly, maintaining a professional and caring manner at all times. Thank you Courtney.

Thank you to St. Francis Hospice Drs. and Staff, it's taken me a while to find the words of gratitude I feel for the best care my brother received. The compassion you all poured to my brother Rey and our entire family. I am so happy that you serve our Melbourne, FL community!

I work in healthcare and found a family in need of more help than they were receiving from their current “hospice”…I gave them the number to a liaison, April M. from St. Francis, they took my advice, reached out and within hours this family is at ease and this hospice performed the services as all should! Thank you for all you do... read more

Gina the RN and another newer nurse stayed by my side. Thank you Hospice for putting my dear husband first to see he was pain free towards the end I am so thankful he did nit suffer. And you ma... read more

This was a kill shelter. We were told lies about the process to get him here and they ended his life sooner than need be. If you want to end your loved ones life and have them fully medicated where there is no communication this is the place to go. They took away the feeding tube, didn’t want to suction secretions until staying on them to make sure they did it so he wouldn’t suffocate him, they used the same dirty suction from his original hospital we brought with us , bc they didn’t have the right suction so they left it ou... read more
