Exceeded all of my expectations. God must have sent me to St.Francis Reflections. I researched no other hospice care. From their professionalism and kindness to the lovely, clean, private room, I just can't say enough. Thank you for taking care of my lovely wife and the lovely room for her to spend her final days.
Mom's professional caregiver, at her assisted living residential home, requested a urinalysis as she suspected a UTI. St. Francis Reflections rejected/ignored the caregivers request. I called to request a urinalysis... backing up the caregivers concern. I went out of town for a week (work & a funeral), came back... no urinalysis had been done.... Mom's symptoms had worsened. I had to fight St. Francis Reflections to approve/do a SIMPLE urinalysis... 4 phone calls, talking/fussing with the nurse supervisor, etc. When Mom look... read more
St Francis was wonderful. Nurses Lolana, Stephanie and Paula were very caring, hardworking, knowledgeable. They were always available. Dr. Galfo and Dr. Scott worked well with the nurses to keep care running smoothly. They gave us all the information we needed to make decisions regarding my father. We were able to keep him at home with us because of them. They were there from the beginning to the end through this very difficult time for my family.
