My Daughters trusted St. Francis Hospital with her beloved dog “Tank” to cremate him with his blanket that had brought him comfort. When my Son-in-law picked up Tanks remains he saw his blanket hanging out of the Hospitals dumpster!!!!! and it was not the only one. So many discarded memories. 💔 Shame on the management of St Francis’ pet Hospital

We went to St Francis on Saturday with our 18-year-old cat who had an enlarged heart and was suffering from lethargy and breathing difficulties and got Dr. Morand as our vet. He told us she had a heart murmur and thought she had low potassium and then took a blood test because he couldn’t prescribe treatment until he had results, which he would get back either Monday or Tuesday and he’d give us a call. When you constructively criticize a small problem, they get nasty and ask the pet owner to go elsewhere. They don't like ANY COMPLAINTS!
Dr. Jessica is the best. Always takes great care of our dogs!
They are awesome. We had to put our beloved 12 year old Chihuahua Min Pin mix, Rocco, down on Dec 4, 2018 and the staff was so caring and were just as sad as we were. Today, Dec 10th I received a card showing how much the were sorry for the loss of our fur baby and I bawled my eyes out because I truly felt the care and love from the staff. Thank you so much for taking care of our baby and helping us helping him join his brother and to not be in pain. We will be back for the other 3 to come in for check ups after the holidays... read more

We had to have our short haired pointer (Browie) down Friday. He has been a diabetic since May 2013. We have taken him to see Dr. Jessica since we found that out. I wanted to let everybody know how great of a person and vet Dr. Jessica is. She has been SO great over the years taking care of Brownie and helping us with him.
