I was scheduled for a loop recorder on December 3,2025...The office told me they would call me the day before for the appointment time. I called and e-mailed them a few times, and they kept telling me I will hear from them by the days end. NEVER CALLED OR E-MAILED ME. Late afternoon Dec 3 they called me and told me I WAS NEVER SCHEDULED!! The office personal never entered the procedure date and my follow-up date. UNREAL!!!!!!!!

8/8/24 From the moment we entered the emergency room, Brian, a guard, greeted us caringly. The receptionist hurried to get my information compassionately. Once in the ER room, although many individuals needing help were there, I was treated as if I were the only one. Each person was very personal and compassionate, and they all had smiles on their faces. Rarely has an employee/administrator gone out of their way to be as kind, knowledgeable, and helpful as Kate in Patient Access. I am presently living in Europe and will be returning to the US shortly for a planned surgery. Not knowing with whom to speak, my 3:00 AM call was filled with anxiety and concerns. Though not her direct responsibility, she agreed to be of assistance with enthusiasm and kindness. I commend her on her professionalism. Howard LINDEN.
