No visitor policy? No compassion. My father-in-law died shortly after being kicked out to make room for Covid patients. ER had 3 police officers and 2 security guards give me a 1 year no trespass order last night. I had a KN95 mask on outside the ER window making sure my husband of 36 years was going to be seen. After over 10 hrs and all the test they gave me in the ER.after telling them my face was numb, dizzy and really tired they came up with high blood pressure and had no idea why my face was numb . Gave me script for meds and sent me on my way. Started med and made it worse so after a few more days I went to valley hospital. Got right in and had some test and I don't have high blood pressure they told me to throw the pills out I have bells palsy. Gave me meds and after 2 days I can feel the difference and it is for the better .... read more
RecommendedWe had to take my three year old in today because of a rash. Since that can be a sign of COVID in kiddos, they sent us through the drive through testing line. We had a great experience! It wasn't a long wait and the staff was great with her. They did test her to be safe, but it's most likely from bug bites.
Wife had surgery this morning had to wait 2 hours and she was very nervous and as her spouse I was not able to be there with her. Yet other spouses were. Won’t be going back here.

If it wasn’t for the incompetence of this office I wouldn’t have a kidney infection right now!!!!! I went on a Saturday for a UTI and they gave me macrobid. Then after taking 3 pills(and they were helping), they called me on Tuesday to say that my culture indicated that I needed a different antibiotic, so I stopped the macrobid. Then they never sent the antibiotic. I called and left a voicemail on Thursday. Never got an answer and wasn’t able to reach them until Sunday.
