You don’t usually expect any positivity when need to go to emergency room but St Francis’s staff was so friendly caring, and attentive that this time left us with positive emotions. All nurses and doctor was very creative to make our three years old son treatment as easy as it can be. Very grateful to all these people

Fire everyone in the Emergency Department. Apparently the homeless and other people with no insurance gets priority.

St Francis is a death trap. I wouldn't recommend this place ever to anyone. I came in (drove myself) for a asthma attack... only to be told I have a hole in my lung. I was stabbed 3 separate times to get a chest tube in that all 3 failed and I was sitting there for hours dying before they made a decision to try the chest tube again. I swear during all of this I hear "shes dying, just let her die." I was transferred from here to st .josephs then to Harborview.
