I have always received excellent service at the Heart Center. They are a great group of professionals who sincerely care for the patients that come into the office. I refer this Heart Center to everyone I know that needs a Cardiologist.. Dr. John Joliff and Dr. Diane Wilkins are top notch in my opinion. I have been a patient of theirs for 20 years.
After waiting 40 minutes and other patients who came in after me being called, I let someone know I had been waiting for that long. Their reaction was "what was your name?". Apparently the person at the reception desk missed pushing the button to indicate that I had arrived. I received many apologies but that didn't give me my time back and the incompetency was blatant.
