I love the care and compassion we receive at St. Francis and if a 3 hour waiting room wait in ER does not show a need for these services I do not know what does. In addition I never had billing errors until it went out of state!!!!
After the nightmare of dealing with Dr. Kumar, Dr. Welch was incredible. His staff was very informative and they all had great attitudes. Dr. Welch explained everything, made sure I understood, and great bedside manner. So glad I decided to give him a try. And I finally have ANSWERS!!
I just have to wait for the injection to start working. It may take up to a week
I have had 3 surgeries at St. Francis since December 2016 (2 on my right knee and 1 on a pressure ulcer on my right heel). The staff all the way from checking in to the pre-op team, the surgical team to the nursing staff have all been WONDERFUL! Everyone has done everything possible to allow my stay to be as pleasant of an experience as possible.
Wonderful place and great staff! Had my twins at this hospital and they spent two weeks in the NICU; over those two weeks the staff made me feel at home. It's been six year and to this day I still speak with a lot of those people, great place to give birth, have surgery or go in for lab. Highly recommended!
