Everyone was very nice. Class was very informative.
I had a total hip replacement surgery on Friday and came home on Saturday. From check in at 5am until we left at 3pm everyone was kind and oh so helpful. My nurse for the day was Charisse.. OMG!!! She reminded me of my grandmother (straight and to the point). Kelsey my other nurse said patients complained about her. Why?? She was so nice to me and my husband ( he even got her to smile!!!) Love her!! My other nurses ( Stephanie 1 &Stephanie 2, Amanda, Leah, Kim B. Tracey and .......OMG I have forgotten her name.) Were AWESOME... read more
Daughter had her first child there. Very helpful and friendly.
They took great care of my daughter and granddaughter. Anytime we had problems or questions? The nurse was there. Had no problem contacting Dr. Even forgot to get him to sign something for us. It was not an issue. Within 10 minutes the nurse had our paper signed for us. If I had a choice of 10* stars all the way.
Our experience her is over all a 4 star but much of the staff here does deserve 5 stars Like both Labor and Delivery Nurses Jessica and Rachel were both extremely attentive to my finances needs and concerns as well as mine. The biggest problem I had here is the security on the 4th floor. Practically any body can walk in a find out what room we are in. Then they can just walk in to our room in the 10 visitors we had in the first day they only actually called and asked me if it's okay for them to come back like three times. Ot... read more
