They were very friendly. I was treated as a person and not a number. All of the staff was super nice. It was very a pleasant stay.
Went to ER thinking I had kidney stone, but scan revealed infected appendix. They fit me in with Dr. Jacques, who did a terrific job of explaining exactly how he would proceed. The real stars, though, belong to the nurses who kept me comfortable and calm as I dealt with the pain while waiting for the procedure. They understood the various considerations I have such as hearing loss and the OR staff was reassuring and took great care of me. Great hospital, great staff , the staff is so sweet and thoughtful, I really appreciate everything they did for me and my husband, the only thing I'd change is the sleeping accommodations for ur guest my poor husband's chair wasn't very comfortable
The room is the only reason I'm not posting a five, but would rate a solid four. The staff was unbelievably kind. They will bend over backwards to help you. Overall, a very comfortable stay. Thank you for taking care of my Lil' woman!
The staff and service at St. Francis Eastside was fantastic, knowledgeable, and the staff itself genuinely cared about the patient, and what the patient was experiencing, or going through (I.e. surgery, and any other both medical and or psychological issues) as a result of having to come to St. Francis women and children hospital in the first place, and I would highly recommend this medical facility to (anyone .)
