My friend has lived at St. Francis Apartments for over a year. The night staff has always been kind and helpful and while previous daytime staff members were always welcoming, the management style has completely changed for the worse since new day staff were hired. The front office staff has fostered a hostile, unprofessional, and intimidating environment. The visitor rules are handled with arbitrary hostility rather than clear policy enforcement. Good management and staff.Close Shopping.Clean building.Safety measures in place.Laundry(3.$)a load. Friendly neighbors.Dillegent maintenance and house cleaning staff. Affordable rent though Home Forward.All in all Id say I like it here , even applied for a part time job position in the building.Todd S.Williams Feb. 2026
