I had to call all of my friends and family members that I referred to St. Francis and tell them not to go there anymore or wait till Dr. Williams comes back. Only take your loving pets to see Dr. Williams, they kept telling me my cat had allergies and she was dying from cancer. I kept taking her back over and over again and they just kept saying allergies, I finally had to put her down and her mouth was full of cancer and a big tumor, shealso had it under her eye lids. We have been coming to St.Francis for 5 years and counting, Dr.williams is without question the best veterinarian in NWA. I have 5 miniature schnauzers and she has seen them from puppy to senior years and even saying goodbye. She always listens and believes me when I tell her something isn't right with one of them and that is truly rare. My dogs absolutely love her(and she loves them) they are jumping over me to get out of the car when they see where we are, always jumping up and running to greet her and get petted and give ... read more
