RecommendedAwesome staff that cares for our puppies !!!
They are very alert to problems pet parents usually are not aware of. They take the time to explain in detail what the problem is and how to treat it. They always let me know how sweet my cat’s are even though I know they probably weren’t.
The level of care we received was outstanding! My rats were comfortable, not stressed, and well cared for. The procedure was performed quickly with skill and compassion. The doctor, technicians, and reception staff took great care of the humans, too, with clear communication and client education. I highly recommend St. Francis!

I will be her use this vet or recommend them my ruby died they said parvo but it wasn't it was poisoning and they would have seen that if they done blood tests but they didn't do anything I beleove my dog died after I left but never will I ever bring another pet to u I would have paid whatever it cost but failed me my ruby gone now and i think u should have saved her but u only in it for the money u don't care about the pets she was my baby my family

We are so very sorry that your sweet Ruby passed away. Unfortunately, she had a positive parvo test and definitely had parvo and all the signs of the highly fatal parvovirus. By the time she was brought to us she was already in very poor shape and we did the best we could to save her. Our thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time.
Our two tripods, Roger and Violet, love going to St. Frances! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The veterinarians are fantastic. All of our pets have always been well cared for!
Helped get a start on my turkeys leg healing by making her a splint.....very friendly very professional. Thanks again
