I love everything about St. Francis...the staff are all extremely caring and compassionate. Dr. Bloze is amazing! She explains everything, makes sure I understand, and always takes the time to answer questions. This is a practice that takes the time to build relationships. I can't imagine taking my dog anywhere else!
I had taken a lost cat for a check up somewhere else and the poor cat had diarrhea inside the take home box. Frantic because the cat was not happy, and we were not close to home yet I stopped in to see if they would clean her up and let me purchase a new box just to make this kitty happy and not make her sit in her feces. ��� They HAPPILY took my cat to help her be cleaned. We have taken our pets here for many years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and very effficient! We love our pets and know that they are getting the best of care through all life stages.
St Francis Rip Off They charged me over $1,000 when I was quoted $850. I told them to stick to the $850 and the lady that answered said, no, sorry. I asked her if she was paid to be rude and she said" yes, and I am paid very well thank you". Don't let the name fool you, even the dr told me I should have gotten the estimate in writing, sorry. Very unprofessional, and my cat is in terrible shape too!!!!
I trust them with my dogs lives They are wonderful vets, over the years my animals have seen all the vets Dr. Bloze, Dr.Jason and Dr. Kilbane, and i trust them and their staff immensly. The staff was very compassionate when i had to put down my 17 year old dog, and some who had seen him his whole life even cried with me. I also have faith in the quality of care they provide and while i've moved to the ease side i continue to drive across town to see them
Very nice facility with excellent vets and techs The waiting area was very clean and well kept as was the examination area and kennels. Everyone was extremely nice and courteous. They fully explained everything. They were also reasonably priced, I'm definitely going to be a returning customer!
Caring and compassionate! Very caring and accommodating. Dr. Jason (not sure if he's still there) was so compassionate when my cat needed surgery on his back. He did a great job and was very careful when instructing me on my cat's home care. St. Francis has taken care of my other cat too and I was very pleased with their services. Highly recommend!!
