CAT IS NOW IN ICU FOR 4TH NIGHT AFTER ROUTINE CHECKUP WITH THEM!!! Took my beloved cat Spooky in for vaccines/nail trimming. I couldn’t go in with him bc of Covid, and the vet took it upon herself to administer my cat Depo-Medrol WITHOUT MY CONSENT and tell me after the fact (I wouldn’t of agreed bc of the extra cost) She gave it to him for a mild case of gingivitis that she said could be corrected by more regular brushing. It is heart-breaking to see something happen to a pet that we do not understand--neither the owner nor the veterinary team. RecommendedWe've been going here with my little girl since she was just a puppy. I trust the doctors there fully. The staff is friendly and very comforting. It's like family - they know their patients and they make us feel comfortable and assured.
I am so grateful to all staff for being so kind to our cat Beanie. Dr Kwon did everything in his power to save out kitty, but it just didnt happen, Thank you to all for the gentle loving care and genuine heartfelt sympathy at the very end.
We have visiting St. Francis for 13 years and love the tender care we receive from everyone there. Dr. Bloze is absolutely the BEST - just cannot say enough good things about St. Francis.
We love them! Everyone truly cares about the animals. I've never felt like I've gotten the runaround from them. They are patient and kind with us and our dog. Highly recommend St Francis!!
Our aging cat received the best care from the team at St. Francis. We just moved to Strongsville and needed immediate care for our cat who was quickly succumbing to Stage 4 kidney failure. One other Strongsville animal hospital we went to was short on Vets and could not see her. We then came here. Missy, our cat, was quickly admitted and revived to the point that she could live out her last couple weeks peacefully at home with us.
