About a year ago, we got a heart breaking diagnosis for Ruby. We were hoping to wait until after her 13th birthday to send her over the bridge, so with Dr. Lewis at St. Francis Animal and Bird Hospital, we started Chinese medicine as palliative care. This is what this bogus place states in its website "Above all, we specialize in relationships. A special Thank you to Dr. Kevin Roeser and the Vet Tech staff from St. Francis Animal & Bird Hospital in Roseville, for coming out in near blizzard conditions last weekend, to groom our birds at Parrot Rescue Services.
We have been clients of St. Francis for over 20 years and many family and friends are also dedicated! They are the only place we will take our furry family. And believe me, we have had some very high maintenance animals!Their compassion and devotion are outstanding!
The service and care provided at St. Francis is truly unparalleled. Dr. Kevin Roeser is so great to work with and is extremely knowledgeable and articulate, and clearly cares about his patients. I brought my conures in for a general exam and was very happy with the entire visit. I really liked that the birds were examined right in the room and it was great to be able to watch the entire process. I can't say enough about Dr. Lewis and the staff at St. Francis. My dog had to have an eye removed due to a detached retina and elevated intraocular pressure in the eye. It turned out so much better than I expected. Best decision I made was to switch from my previous vet to St. Francis.
They are good peeps! Taken 2 cats of my own and my parents too many animals before that.
Very professional, knowledgeable, and caring doctors and techs. Dr. Blair treats my kitty like she's her only patient, and I've only had good experiences with other doctors. I don't live near there anymore but it's more than worth the 30 minute drive. Thank you!
