Run. Unless you want to deal with constant pay issues, never in my life had I had so many problems with my pay, I’ve had up to 48 hours missing from my paycheck! They’ve even given me a check that had bounced! Management will treat you like second rate and be angry at you when you bring up the pay issues! You will work 100hrs a WEEK and they will still blow up your phone to come into work. There’s so many other places willing to pay their employees much more starting off, look elsewhere and get paid more.

I'm about to leaving St Fillans and they are not a good company for people with disabilities I would not recommend them to anyone and the owner of ST. FILLANS is not a very good person and he doesn't care about the people that are in his company this is not what I like doing in fact I hate writing reviews like this but this time I'm going to do that because it's true

St Fillans is a great company for people with a disability.I am one of the people that they are helping and they do have some ups and downs but they are still a good company. They are really. really in need for people to come work for them! They are very short on employees to work with the people that they are helping! So If you want to work with people with disabilities then please contact them?
