The only good few things of this experience was that my niece delivered safely and her Dr. Was nice. The staff was rude they did not know how to manage her pain. Hopefully they learn how to listen when people are expressing what's going on.

Waiting over 2hrs to be seen on a scheduled appointment is unexceptionable.. They never keep there appointment times like people don't have other things they have to do.. Hate that my insurance stopped me from going to Northwestern Hospitals never did I experience stuff like this there...

The ER is very poor that I can say, but my children's pediatrician is the best. I brought my son to see him because he still wasn't feeling better after the medicine that was prescribed, so as soon as he reevaluated him again he admitted him to the hospital right away. He's the best pediatric doctor even though the wait to see him is long. Dr. wassef.
